Drytech provides a range of desiccant filter modules that purify and dry compressed gas for pneumatic systems and provides greater reliability and maintainability over legacy pyrotechnic systems.

Specifications:

  • Working Pressure: 3000 - 6000 psia
  • Maximum Flow Rates: 7 - 15 slpm
  • Particulate Filtration: 5 - 15 micron
  • Effluent Air: -70 deg. C dewpoint or 2.5 ppm
  • Filter Life: Up to 200 hours

Infrared / Cryogenic Cooling

Infrared / Cryogeninc Cooling

Included in our product range are molecular sieve filter modules used for purifying compressed gases used to cool infrared seekers. The function of these filter modules is to remove contaminants that would create a blockage of the Joule Thomson mini cooler and thus impair efficiency of the system.

Drytech provides a range of desiccant containers and cartridge dehydrators that are used to purify and dry ECS/engine bleed air for radar waveguide pressurization. Typical dewpoints achieved are < -65 C dp. Selection of
different types of zeolites also provide for reduction in other contaminants such as hydrocarbons.
