Drytech has developed a range of aerospace quality nitrogen and pure air generators and purging systems.
- To the extent that nitrogen is used in many military and aircraft ground based support ( GSE) service requirements, quality of available nitrogen does not always meet minimum specifications requirements. Drytech’s Nitrogen Generator will either replace or purify the nitrogen to better than 99.5% nitrogen purity.
- Air contains around 78% nitrogen 21% oxygen and 0.03% carbon dioxide and also small amounts of argon, methane, ozone and water vapor.
Certain anthropogenic pollutants and particulate matter also exist.
Drytech’s Pure Air Generator system will reduce and illuminate these impurities to purity levels of better than 2 ppmv moisture and 1 ppmv CO2 with particulate down to 0.5 µm.

The Drytech Nitrogen Generator is designed to utilize ambient air and convert it to pressurized, dry, contaminant free Nitrogen protecting your system against moisture and contamination. The Nitrogen Generator is a wall-mounted system used in laboratory environments, production facilities, and within field-located systems such as Wind Turbines to provide pure Nitrogen to sensitive electronics, optics systems, radar systems and even demanding hydraulic generators and gear boxes eliminating the need to service consumable filtration systems. This Nitrogen Generator eliminates the logistical requirements that so many systems demand while providing improved reliability and protection of your equipment. The Nitrogen Generator has been developed to create a constant available Pure Nitrogen source with no particulate larger than 0.24 micron. The Nitrogen Generator is configurable to accept various power inputs, and is equipped with a 1″ NPT threaded connection. Simply mount the Nitrogen Generator on the wall, and plumb your equipment to the 1″ NPT connection. Rest easy knowing a constant source of Pure Air is being supplied and never have to replace a consumable breather again.
